Fair Usage Principles

Call Continentʼs prices and offers are limited by Call Continentʼs Fair Usage Principles set out below. Our prices and offers are intended for individual use only (personal or business communications) in accordance with Call Continent (PTY) LTD ʼs Terms and Conditions, and these Fair Usage Principles. The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would NOT be considered Fair Usage: - Re-selling minutes. - Call center operations. - Making calls (manually or automatically), intended for generating income resulting from the call itself, excluding normal business calls by the user. - Using a PBX, call center, computer or any other means to share subscription minutes between users. - Calling multiple numbers in a short period of time; calls of short duration, or other unusual calling behaviors inconsistent with normal use.

Call Continent (PTY) LTD Local Number Fair Usage Principles

The following is a non-exhaustive list of practices that would NOT be considered Fair Usage:
- Contact center operations.
- IVR services.
- Use for identity validation.
- Use for faking identity or any other fraud.
- Unusual calling patterns inconsistent with normal, individual subscription use, for example, regular calls to Call Continent (PTY) LTD Local Number of short duration or calls from multiple numbers in a short period of time.
- Call Continent (PTY) LTD may also determine other practices to be non-Fair Usage, based on unlawful, prohibited, abnormal or unusual activity. If, when using Call Continent (PTY) LTD, you wonʼt comply with the Fair Usage Principles, any other offer terms and conditions or Call Continent (PTY) LTD ʼs Terms and Conditions, Call Continent (PTY) LTD may, at its discretion, terminate its relationship with you or limit your use.
